Woke up this morning to see that God had very delicately painted my garden with a beautiful silvery white frost. Gotta love it. Went out in the 22 degree morning (sun not quite over the horizon yet) and shot fifty or so pictures - only going to share 8 of them here. I just love this! It's the first true frost we had this season, and being that it is only the 8th of September, I guess that isn't surprising!
Take a look at the handiwork of God:
On other news, I won a RAK from Sally and it was the first time I visited her blog. And best of all, it is something she made! Amazing! I feel so blessed by this little bit of joy!
I'm working on my Sonoma pages for a class, and actually made some progress on the one that bugs me so much. My sister-in-law was here and I asked her what she thought. She made a very simple suggestion for change, and it did the trick. THANK YOU STACY! I've got a couple more little tweekings that have come to my mind, but it should be ready to photograph by the end of the day. And, I made a journal as a gift that I will be ready to photograph later today too. Hopefully I'll finish the other Sonoma page as well, and be excited about that. So, either later today, or tomorrow I should have some crafty stuff to share. It's about time!
For now, I need to do the office work that didn't get done last week, and my romantic husband wants us to go on a run/walk up Sourdough Canyon, which should be absolutely beautiful (although I'm thinking that the lighting will be too harsh for good photos)
Good Monday to all of you!

We had a little "painting" here too! Although I didn't venture outside (not feeling the greatest today!) My hubby said it was a "warm" 25 when he took Adam to Seminary at 6:30am!
I'm thankful we have a beautiful BLUE sky today! Have a nice walk/run!
Beautiful pictures..I am a little bit sad to see the Summer end. Congrats on winning the RAK!
I don't want to hear that you could have some frost already but the photos really are gorgeous!
